The Autonomous System (2) The Supercomputer

  

The retailer's cashier scanning the groceries/products, it activated the retailer's daily operation system maintain by the supercomputer. A sum is shown, customer provide a emean for payment, cash teller machine indicate, 'business or end-user' then the next line of prompt will be mode of payment, it indicate, there are three mode of payments, credit card, debit card and bank cash card.  Mode of payment decided, the cashier keyed in 'enter' and activated the supercomputer a series computing jobs within nano second. The costumer's banking account deducted, the retailer banking account added, the retailer stock balance updated. Business is chosen, the customer's accounting transaction is updated. End-user is chosen, no entry for customer, however the national statistic department will have a number of entries updated.

The groceries/products code, it should be unified throughout within a nation, best of all, the United Nations should required all members nations for a common products code. The product code best is indicating, country of origin, location of display/placement, selling price, name of products. Layout of the whole store area, shelves, racks, location of goods placement, should all be properly name and arranged.  A handheld electronic device by store personnel will be able to position all displaced goods by customers.  Daily store spot check will be possible and thefts will be reduced to minimum.

Investor gets his license to operate his business online. The business may be just only a small road side selling ice creams or a big transcontinental business operating chain hypermarkets. The business may be sole proprietorship or public listed companies. Business registered, license awarded and come together with the package of the daily operation system maintain by the supercomputer.

The daily operation system, the basic system will be the same for all the companies under the same industry. There are some modifications for each individual company. The accounting modules within the daily operation system will be the same for companies of all industries.  The Inland Revenue department needs not to have many other personnel except policies makers! The tax is auto computed by the supercomputer of all business entities of the nation.  The financial reports possibly are produced daily, monthly or yearly with any forms of reports that is deem necessary by any interested parties.  Auditing is no more necessary, audits jobs is design in such a way that there are integrated within the system.

The security systems will be perfected by using the 10G technology.  Mode of payment by esense will only possible with 10G technology, new electronic devices are needed, the device for scanning, body odor, body frequency, body image and voice recognition. The thump print, body odor, body frequency, body image, body weight, face image and voice wave pattern, they shall form the combination of identification code (ID code) of a person.  The weighting codes are changes of body weight, the changes of body image and face image. This weighting code plus computer generated random code; they shall form the next access code, together with the distance of location and time of last and new transactions.

When we have this system in place in the future, we are entering the CASHLESS society and since no cash to carry and movement of the citizen is easily detected by the supercomputer, there will be no crimes but of course other measures are needed to have zero crimes.

The Autonomous System (1) The points System

I feel happy whenever I have achieved a success. The achievement may be small and not significantly, but the happiness is there. Others may have different way of getting happiness. Some may have to earn big money; some may have to make other unhappy. The medicine practitioner feels happy when the patience is fully recovered.  The accountant feels happy when the trial balance is balanced. The lawyer and the judge feel happy when justice is prevailing. The politician feels happy when the entire citizen gets five figures income per month, of course in US/Euro dollars. Such happiness wills definitely, that each of us is dreaming to get, now or in the future. A question mark is there, will we?

I believe, we will, should we be able to have a political system that is so autonomous, so powerful in technology assisting in maintaining the autonomous political systems.

The autonomous political system (aps), I am suggesting, it is not a new political systems.  This 'aps' will be part/portion of the present prevailing political systems, it may be democracy system, Imperial system, communism system or any others.

The 'aps' is concentrate on points system.  Each of us, when we are born, a folder will be created, it further created two sub-folders, permanent folder and temporary folder.

The permanent folder will has files, examples (1) records history of sickness, (2)records of achievements and  points; (3) records of monetary points, (4) employments history and many others.

The temporary folder will has files, examples (1) current employments, (2) business transaction which carry monetary point and posted to permanent folder (3) current achievement to be posted to permanent folder and many others.

Securities of the personal folders, unauthorised access carry capital punishment.

There may be political parties, there may not be, there may be political campaign, there may not be. Those who has certain achievement points are only eligible to contest certain posts.  Example, achievement points from 10,000 onwards, only eligible to contest for president/prime minister.  5000 to 9999 points eligible to contest for ministers posts and etc.

Achievements points will be accumulating since the day a star was born, be fare, a born citizen carry, say ten points, schooling carry points, examination's results carry points.  Achievements carry points; however points will only be awarded by the special courts. The achievements should be major and significantly, it could be science inventions, discovery, community popularity, and others to be carefully established.

Will Feelings be ddifferent in the future?

Feelings, be it in the pasts, at present or in the future.  It will be the same, it definitely the same, however we will be very sure that we may be sad today but we will not be sad every day. Today we are happy, tomorrow we may not.

These few days, I feel very sad, the type of sadness came from no way, no cause, none whatsoever that I could reasoning out.  I Just Feel Sad. It is the kind of sadness occasionally attacks me and it made me feel like the end of my world. I do not feel there is anything worth to go on living, I do not feel there is joy anymore, I just do not have any energy to do anything at all.

Sadness attacked me these few days, it also attacked me a number of occasions before, each time I pulled over and I believe, I will pull myself over this time or next time when it attack me again. Kicking the sadness at one side, though it is not an easy task, it needs time and I just do not care when it is going to be over. I will and I am keeping on telling myself;

MONEY, Yes It Is Important, BUT Happiness is top of all, (anything in the way of happiness, be it money or any other thing, they have to be taken away) after all, I do have enough for my basic daily needs, why should I need more.

PROBLEMS, Unsolved problems, today not able to solve, tomorrow will solve, tomorrow unable to solve, day after tomorrow will solve. Still not able to solve, sometime in the future, the problems should be able to solve, anyway some problems will only be solved by time factor. So long I have already tried my very best. (Whenever sadness attacks, minor problems become big and/or huge end of the world problems)

NON WHATSOEVER REASON, I repeatedly telling myself, what could I do, I really feel very bad. What could I do, Why must I be feeling this way. What on earth that I should do, especially these few days I have colds, the sadness plus colds, that kind of end of the my world feelings is with me again.  Late night, the feelings is there, in the wee hours of early morning, the feelings is there, the moment I woke, be it at late night, early morning or every time I woke up during the night, the awful feelings is there. Well, what really could I do, I know I could not do anything, and I also know that IT WILL PASS.
