Transportation System I

   

The transportation system, by air, by road, by train and by sea, it is the present mode of transportations. Going out from our beloved earth, by rocket, we have the spaceship transportation vehicle.

The scientific fiction stories, one more transportation vehicle, the star gate, another scientific fiction, we have two more the transporter pod and the transporter beam.

Transporting objects from one end to the other end, I did mention earlier, should we have 10G technology quite a number of new devices we could use. One electron from one particle passed to another particle, the passing, it is speed, and it is also carry a frequency which will become a code. The speed is basic electron speed (bes).  One power source to move one electron to pass, it is one frequency, two electrons passed one after another with different strength, it is two frequencies passed with two different frequencies, that is two basic frequencies codes(bfc).

There may be ten or millions of electrons passed, the speed (bes) maintain the same, the codes (bfc) will be ten or millions. One end to another, ten trillion light year distances, millions of electrons passed at the beginning of the string of particle of ten trillion light year distances. It formed millions of bfc passed, at the 1^st trillion light year point, at the 2^nd trillion light year point, at the 3rd trillion light year point, at the forth trillion light year point and so on until at the end of the trillion light years. All the receiving points from the 1^st, to the last of totaling of ten points or more than ten point, will get the millions bfc at the same time. It is so, when we hit the straight string of balls at the one end, the other end will moved simultaneously.

The present mode of getting massage across from one point to another, it is not done by the abovementioned way. They are using electronics pauses/waves, the manmade frequencies, they increased the basic electricity of 50/60 cycles to high frequencies and carried the message across.
In order to get message across by using my methods, new devices are needed.

All objects existing in our beautiful mother earth or in the universe, the outer space of another galaxy, they are having a distinctive characteristic or nature or behavior or shape and others.

Human and any other objects composed of millions of basic particles.  These particles are being formed as cells or molecules or elements then after to form living things or objects like rocks.

A scanner, it is a new device capable of scanning an object, be it, a chair, a stone, a cat, and human. The scanning must be in such a way, a slight change of a particle or an element or a cell will be detected. A human skin cell, heart cell and other cell, it is not exactly the same from one human to another.  An element of iron, it may look the same or after it is separated from other particles and become pure iron.  It is still not exactly the same from one to another. When two pure iron bars placed at any one place side by side, the surrounding air contains other particles will immediately attached to the iron bars and made them different from one to another. In such a way the signatory of the two bars are different and each of the iron bars having a distinctive attributes and signature. The scanner must be able to differentiate such a slight different attributes/signature. The human composition, the cells structure, they are much more complex, the scanner have no choice, it is needed to completely scan out all details and convert into codes ready for use.

Another device, the disintegrated and integrated device, this device is able to discompose object to basic particle and compose them back from particles to the object that had been discomposed.
Disintegrated is only discompose the object into particles and dispose off into the air. Integrating is to get the codes from the scanner and compose the particles from any other location to the object being scanned.

Transporting the object, it is taking the codes from the scanner; the codes will merge with the bfc and send them off by the bes. This is one system of transportation with the speed of light/or faster than speed of light. This is one system of transportation, so far only happen and practice by the scientific fiction movies.  However, I do sincerely believe, it is possible, especially, the star gate and the transporter pod systems and may be not the transporter beam.  On the other hand, it is highly dangerous.

What would happen, a scanner becomes a four in one device, it can scan, it can reproduce, scanned code use to reproduce more than one. Meat to reproduce, it is good for all, human to reproduce; scaring movie, and it is haunting all.

The Autonomous System (4) The way new government is formed



Every citizen of the nation legally bound to vote for their community leader, these votes will form popularity points. The supercomputer will produced a list of top ten/or any number with higher acps points.  Consents is sought from those top ten, should they agree to accept the offer, then only the list is forwarded for the community machination to get citizen votes.  Every employee will have to vote the popularity of their fellow employee. A list of confirmed permanent employee currently employed will be provided to them. Each of them is allowed to carry one vote and they are not allowed to vote for themselves. The popularity point and the employment popularity points in the citizen permanent folder will be replaced and updated by the current newly gained points. These popularity points will not accumulating and only replaced and updated.

A population of 1000 +/- 1% will form one community.  This is easily done by the supercomputer housekeeping programs. Two years for the community election, the next two years voting will only be started after the coming general election completed. The voting is continuing, it is allowed to vote from day one when it is announced, it is allowed to change and change again until the closing date at the end of two year. Campaigning is allowed, however no one will be able to have such a financial power for such a continuing campaign. Should there be financially possible, it would be very tiring on the full scale continuing campaign. The only way, they can do the campaigning by showing their popularity to their community without fear and favour.

Two years passed a search by the supercomputer to generate various candidates’ listings for the next general election, the prime minister/president candidates listing, the minister’s listings and the senators/members of parliament listing.

Should there be more than ten candidates, on the first listing for prime minister/president and the nation may have decided to have only five candidates for each general election.  Then a re-search will be carried out by the house keeping modules of the supercomputer.  The criterion, increasing the qualifying aps points, the first search, it requires 5999 upwards points.  It generated more than ten candidates, the second search, increasing the aps to 6999 upwards, third search from 7999 upwards, 8999 to, 9999 and 10999 upwards. The search will continue until a listing of decided number of candidates for prime minister/president, the ministers and the senators/members of parliament.

The acps, aps and others form the main aspects of any systems, the political systems, the public and private systems. The composition of the category from the acps to aps for prime minister/president candidates, the weighting points should not be only the community popularity points, it should be included the "Judging Point". It is to multiply by 5 of the community popularity points plus multiply by 5 of the judging point. Selection of the ministers, the weighting point is multiply by 5 of the community popularity points plus the talents point of the individual for their respective ministries. As per senators/members of parliament, it will be only the weighting community popularity points.

The general election of the nation starts day one on the day after the two years community popularity election.  The voting is compulsory, all citizen are legally bound to vote. The voting is continuing for as long the ruling government not declares the next election. Once it is declared all continuing voting stop, by then, the citizen has a choice of last one change of vote or maintained the last date of voting.

There may be political party/parties or no political party. The elected prime minister/president may be individual without political party and some of the elected ministers candidates are political party member and some are not.  This situation is to indicate that there would be no one possibly of controlling at the back scene.  The elected prime minister/president has no choice but to choose the best of the best to form his cabinet.  There are more than one elected, health ministers, education ministers, transport ministers and others.  The excellent prime minister/president will be able to choose someone from the best, chosen by the supercomputer and elected by the citizen, someone that is capable of working under him/her.  The weighted judgment points are clearly indicated.

The declaration of the next general election, once it is declared by the prime minister/president of the ruling government, within a time frame, new government must be formed and the care taken government had to make sure to stop all major decisions, except day to day operations. All forms of campaign are allowed for any individual or party to influence the decision of the citizen last vote/change of vote.

Small election during the tenure rule of the existing government will be held once the vacancy of any seat being declared.  It may be due of someone have passed away or any other reasons. It may be ad hoc resign of all ministers and members of parliament and they are members of one of the nation political party. No next general election will be declared unless the prime minister/president resigned. Ad hoc cabinet members resigned from political party. The supercomputer will generate a list of other latest elected candidates; they may be member of other political party and/or any individual.  Should there be not enough latest elected candidates, or no one willing to accept for posts of cabinet, next general election automatically declared.

The Autonomous Points System, should this system surface or discuss some years back, most may be all will laugh at such a system.  Now that various points systems are prevailing, the cards rewards points, the examination results points and many other different nature of points system.  I believe and truly trust that one of these or one of the future days, The Autonomous Points System will be adopted, public or private organizations.

The Autonomous System (3) Points applied to private organisation

One nation, one government, only needs one computer, the only one supercomputer, its mainframe and backup system has all her citizen's folders. There are no other departments having any mainframe except terminal computer with its accessories components/parts like monitor, table top 'CPU', printers, scanners and etc.  It is not only the Government Departments having such a computer system; it applied to all private sectors.  The said terminal computer systems will be online/link to the only supercomputer of the nation.

The linkage and connection all computers are needed a 10G system or higher!

The internet technology breakthrough, the connection from one point to another point, the passing through of the data/voice, it is the movement of one electron of one particle to another particle of different or the same attributes of the particles.  Each of the electrons, passed from one particle to another particle represents one unit of speed. The unit of speed, it is measured by one over trillion second. The technology is able to measure, a million trillion light year away, the passing of one electron from the beginning of the millions trillions light year away be felt at the other end by nano second.  The storage breakthrough of data/voice, one particle of any material represent one bit of data/voice storage. The Emeans to get access to the computer, it may be the keyboard, mouse, touch screen and senses of our human body, the esense.

The Esense is comprised of thump print, body odour, body frequency, body image and voice recognition etc.

The government departments, the health department, the hospital, clinics, private or public, are only legally allow to access the patience's health history, the citizen folders, permanent or temporary. The permanent folder in this case is all the passed sickness/illness, the diagnosis, the treatments and cured by what ways what medicines. The temporary folder will show the new and/or untreatable sickness. Other government departments/persons/organizations private or public are not legally allowed to access except by court order. Likewise, the Banks are only allow to access their own clients' accounts, the police are only allowed to access the citizen personnel data as and when allow by law. The EPF, social security, national Insurance, retirement fund, are only allowed to access their own respective members' accounts.

The mainframe will act as a clearing house. Its clients' computer system has only a simple operation system and allows retrieving other system/programs from the mainframe, like any of the existing prevailing systems, the search engine, the spread sheet program, words program, its client’s daily operation systems, its client’s data storage and etc.

The mainframe is definitely falls under the responsibilities of the national registration or the department of registering the citizenship of a nation.  The mainframe is capable of allowing the accessory/its clients to alter, modified, add new systems/programs to its client’s daily operation systems. It also should be capable of allowing its clients to put their new system/programs on trials, say for one year, after one year, faults, defects, advantage, disadvantage, recommendations/advices should be given and finally integrated into the main system of the supercomputer.

Points system is highly prevailing in our present world, credit/charge cards rewards points, utilities card rewards points, examination result points and many more are using points systems.  The Autonomous Citizen Points (acps), should be carefully designated, there is some illustrative table of points at the end of this article.

The Autonomous Citizen Points (acps), this acps will form a basic points maintain by the supercomputer. The acps will re-sort, re-arrange into other nature of points for the purpose of political usage, for the business entrepreneur usage, for the government department usage.

The acps re-sort and re-arrange for use of politician, the Autonomous Political points (aps), It is re-sort and re-arrange into employee performance points (eps). It is re-sort and re-arrange into public servant performance points (pss). Any government department, any society, any area target for growth, they can be personalized and become a personalized entity and getting points (pes).

Employees and public servants performance points are very useful for annual salary increment and bonus distribution.  A portion of profit set aside; say hundred thousands, dividing the current year of total point’s award of all employees and public servants, multiply the individual employees and public servants point of award that is their bonus for the year. The current year economic situation is good and the next couple of years, it is foresee and estimated economic situation will be favorable good. 

The policy makers decided to have a raise of say 20% of current year total salary payouts. Again 20% of current year total salary payouts, dividing the total points multiply the individual, and that is their annual salary increment for the year. The decision of the 20% is again based on points system.  The current year eps, divided by total eps of the respective employers, multiply 100 that will be the percentage of the annual salary increment. The portion of profit set aside for annual salary increment and bonus distribution. This portion of profit should be able to cover the 20% payouts.

The portion of profit is decided by taking the net profit of the year plus reserve set aside last year. Deducting a sum for future contingency, a sum for future development, a sum for future investment until a targeted total is achieved.  Setting aside a sum, say 10% dividends for shareholder, the balance should be able to cover the 20% payouts, should there be any balance set aside to reserve for next year.

Should there be no profits, not enough for dividend, not enough for future development, not enough for future contingency or any other circumstances, meeting should be arrange between representatives of employers and employees. As for public servant situation, there is no profit indication; revenue should represent the profit factor, decreased expenditure or rate of marginal expenditure increased or any other.

The bases for the sorting and arranging of the acps into aps, total points of individual permanent file total plus weighted popularity. The weighted points are taking popularity multiply by say 5. The eps is taking the total points plus the weighted point of current employer's total popularity to multiply by 5, this eps is for promotion consideration. The weighted point will depend on the nature of rewards; leadership is best by taking the popularity points, scientific research personnel.
